• Question: Doyou exercise in your lab?

      I have a number of labs that i work in and some of them are dedicated exercise labs.

      However they are for experiments rather than personal use so I will only run on the treadmill or cycle on the bikes if I am a subject for a research project.

      It would save me some cash on gym membership if i could use the labs though 🙂

      I don’t have a lab as I work from home or am out and about with athletes. I do try to get up and walk around quite a few times during the day though – and I go to the gym or do exercise most days.

      ha ha, that would be brilliant – I can just see myself leeping around the lab! No, apart from hacking things up and dashing around on my bike between my various labs I don’t exercize anything except my brain at work

      as with Martin, some of ourt labs have exercise equipment but it’s for use in studies. Most of the labs i use just have computer equipment and motional analysis kit in so there’s not much room to exercise!

      No – the green fields around Aberystwyth are much more interesting to run on than a lab treadmill!
