      I have many projects but several of them are based around investigating asthma.

      Asthma means that you have inflammation in your lungs that makes it difficult to breath sometimes.

      I have projects that look at how your diet can change the inflammation and help asthmatics breath more easily and take part in more sport.

      Currently I am looking at fish oil (omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids) and how that helps asthma.
