I haven’t got any experience in this area, but i can imagine that exercising hard and sweating lots will help remove some of the dirt and toxins that lie just under the skins surface, resulting in you having clearner, healthier skin. You always here about people going into sauna’s to ‘Sweat out’ toxins. Some of the other scientist may have more knowledge than me on this though!
Hmm, I’d say a healthy lifestyle – eating the right things, getting enough exercise and drinking plenty of water – is good for you and being healthy shows in your skin. Outdoor sports also get you out in the sun/wind which will give you a healthy glow, but don’t forget to wear appropriate sun lotion etc to prevent damaging your skin, and remember to clean your skin after sport to remove all the general grime and sweat.
That said, sport won’t clear bad acne or anything like that. If you’re worried about acne etc, pop along to your doctor who may be able to presecribe you some topical lotions to help.
