I like to watch sport as it helps me learn about the kind of challenges athletes deal with, and what kinds of skills and strategies they need to win…this helps me hopefully be better at my job when I work with athletes. It also helps me relax (I love watching tennis and cycling especially).
I sit alot during my working week, so I need to do some activity at least 5 times a week for my health but I also like the personal challenge of getting better at sports. I run, do Muay Thai boxing training, and also some gym weights or sometimes spin classes.
