• Question: if u use weights before the age of 16 do your muscles get deformed

      nope

      if you use weights that are too heavy (regardless of your age) you can damage your muscles.

      if you are still growing it is a good idea not to use weights that are heavy becasue there is the possibility that the bones joints and muscles will not be able to cope with the added stress.

      Some light weights are a good idea as they help bone health and muscular developement however the important thing is to keep the weight down and go light NOT heavy.

      Plenty of time to go all arnold when your body has stopped growing and can make the best of the training.
