      No, because rust is iron oxide, and your joints are made of bone, cartilage and synovial fluid. Therefore the “oil” between them is salty water (synovial fluid) and the surfaces are made of proteins containing no iron. The “rustiness” comes from damaged cartilage. Because there are no blood vessels in this cartilage, it takes a very long time to heal, so even if there was a joint-repairing food it would not be very effective!
