• Question: Is it better to start off doing a small amount of exercise and building up than intense training?

      Yes, definitely. We can eventually become really fit, but we need to build up slowly so our body has time to adapt – athletic training is a process of fatigue and recovery – and recovery time is just as important as working out. Our bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, heart, all get stronger over time but if you havent been very active before, then it definitely makes sense to build up gradually
