• Question: What is the purpose of ear wax?

      As a psychologist I am more interested in what goes on BETWEEN the ears, than in the ears!

      But according to Wiki: “It protects the skin of the human ear canal, assists in cleaning and lubrication, and also provides some protection from bacteria, fungi, insects and water”

      Yep, keeps the ears clean, basically.
