There are a number of things you need to look at. One obviously is the amount of sleep you are getting. Opinion seems to keep changing on the amount we need but it seems 6-8 hours a night is best. Your diet is important too, you need to make sure your body is running on the right fuels, so a balance of fats, carbs, protiens, vitamins etc is very important. Plenty of water is important too, as is a desent amount of exercise or physical exertion each day too. If you think all those things are fine and you’re still having problems then you should nip down and see you GP.
Hi Morgan26 – like Stuart says, it would be good to check out your lifestyle, like your sleep and remain hydrated and eat properly.
If you fall asleep with the TV or music on, this can disturbed your sleep, so although you get ENOUGH sleep, it’s not very good quality and you won’t feel as rested afterwards.
Do speak to your doctor though if you think that might help.
