• Question: Why do some people become more tired when they excercise than others?

      Its a combination of whether they have eaten enough to give them the energy they need, how hard they work (effort and intensity) and how fit they are to start with.

      Good news is that you can gradually build up your strength and stamina for exercise so that you get less puffed out, and recover quicker afterwards. Just keep on practicing!

      Entirely due to somebody’s fitness to complete the task they have set themselves. If they try to do more than their muscles, heart, brain etc. are capable of, they will fatigue more rapidly than somebody of greater fitness.
